Founder, Pres/CEO and Chief Investigation Neal Custer, CPP CFE has over 40 years
experience in investigations and security management, including 11 years as a
criminal investigator with the Idaho Attorney General’s Office and eleven years
as a Corporate Security Manager with a Fortune 500 company. He has his degree in
Criminology and is a Certified Protection Professional and a Certified Fraud
Examiner. He has been an Adjunct Professor at
Boise
State
University
in the Criminal Justice Department since 1997.
He
is the past Chairman of the Boise Area Crime Stoppers, the Idaho Chapter of the
American Society for Industrial Security and the Idaho Private Investigator’s
Association. The Better Business Bureau recognized Custer Agency for its
commitment to integrity and ethical business practices in their 2003 Integrity
Counts program. He is currently on the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman for
the Better Business Bureau of South Western Idaho & Eastern Oregon and Idaho
Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
