Delivery:

Detectives.com ships orders placed before 2:00pm CST ship the same day it is ordered.

Standard delivery packages (non-personalized) generally arrive in 2-5 business days, unless your address is a remote location.

Next Day orders placed before 2pm CST Monday-Thursday are shipped the same business day and delivered the next business day. Second Day orders are generally delivered two business days following the order. Saturday delivery is not available online. Please contact a customer service representative for any special handling needs.

Custom Logo items like shirts, or caps involve printing of a specific image or logo and require an additional 1-2 weeks of production time due to setup, proofing and production processes involved. We may be able to offer custom logo products in 1-3 business days, however additional charges apply.

Custom items may take an additional 3-5 business days before they ship. Many of these items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Call customer service for confirmation of shipping times for custom items.

International Orders are shipped worldwide with Fedex, UPS or DHL. We require that international customers provide us a copy of their photo id and credit card by scan or fax before we ship the order. Duties, taxes and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
